Northwest Georgia Public Health - Immunizations

Eligibility: Children birth - 18 years of age that meet the requirement of the Vaccine for Children Program. Children are eligible if they are on a medical card, have no health insurance, or health insurance that does not pay for vaccines. There is no income limit. Adults are eligible for Tetanus/ Diphtheria and Measles, Mumps and Rubella Vaccines provided by the state. Influenza and Pneumococcal vaccines are billed to Medicare if a card is presented
